"Website felt messy and hard to read"
Not gonna lie, the website kind of threw me off right away. The layout felt a bit messy, and I had to look around more than I should have just to find the basic info.
Some pages felt really busy too, like the colors, text, and spacing were all competing for attention. It was even more cramped on my phone, and the whole thing didn’t feel very smooth to use.

The drinks might be great, but the presentation didn’t really give me much confidence. I ended up leaving the site quickly.

I remember sitting there really looking forward to the cocktails, so I think I expected them to stand out a bit more. They were fine overall, definitely drinkable, but nothing really stuck with me afterward. One of them was a little too sweet for my taste, which kind of took me out of it. Not a bad experience at all, just not the kind of drinks I’d think back on and crave later.

"My order actually came out right"
I was kind of expecting there to be at least one mistake or maybe a missing bottle, but everything showed up exactly as I ordered it. No mix-ups, nothing weird. i kept double-checking the box just to make sure I wasn’t missing something, but it was all there. Happy with how simple the whole thing ended up being

"Fixed eventually, so there’s that"
Support did end up sorting the issue out, though it definitely took longer than I expected. I’ll give them credit for getting there in the end, even if the process wasn’t exactly speedy.

"Got what I needed, but it feels a little neglected"
I did eventually find what I was looking for, so the site works well enough. But using it on my phone was kind of frustrating, the menus felt all over the place and some pages were slow to load. It almost seems like nobody’s really checked how it runs on mobile in a while.

It tasted fresh enough, so I’ll give them that, but it didn’t really wow me. Kind of felt like they were leaning on the “fresh” angle to make it seem better than it actually was. Not bad, just average overall.

I thought the cocktails were really fresh and tasty overall. They were maybe a bit on the sweet side for me, but I still enjoyed them. If you like sweeter drinks, you’d probably be happy with these, right?

"Fine for a small get-together"
Used this for a little birthday thing and it was fine. Drinks were decent. I probably wouldn’t pick it for a big or fancy event, but for what we needed, it worked.

I tried to book online it was such a pain. The dates were confusing, the payment page kept freezing, and every time I thought I was almost done, I had to start over. After a while it felt like I was practically begging the site to take my booking, which just made me more annoyed. I ended up giving up because it really shouldn’t be that difficult.

"Pretty solid drinks for the price"
didn’t expect much, but the prices were actually decent. I grabbed a few cocktails and felt like I got what I paid for, maybe even a bit better. Delivery was fine, nothing to complain about. I’d probably order again when I don’t feel like spending a ton. That’s it

"Proper cocktails, definitely not weak"
Ordered from giraffecocktails.com and, they were stronger than I thought they’d be. I can’t remember what made me pick them in the first place, but they definitely didn’t taste like those watered-down ones you sometimes end up with.
I had a couple over the weekend and you could actually taste the alcohol in them, which I liked. Felt like I got my money’s worth, so yeah, I’d probably order again

Getting everything set up was straightforward and didn’t take much time. I had a good feeling about it once I started, though there was one step in the instructions that made me pause and double-check. After everything was chilled and ready to go, making the cocktails felt easy and natural. It’s a nice option for a low-key night in. I’d give it 4 stars since the prep could be just a little smoother
